Mind-blowing location close to the sea with beach access and stunning pool. Super clean and peaceful apartments with all necessary amenities such as wi-fi, kitchenette, and flat-screen TV. Jaw-dropping range of activities for both kids and adults including cycling, diving, tennis, and table tennis. The on-site restaurant offers delicious food and the poolside snack bar is a great spot to relax. The resort also has a fitness center, game room, children's play area, and kids club. The staff at the 24-hour reception are incredibly helpful and friendly. Luggage storage is available and pets are allowed for a fee. a super choice for families looking for a relaxing vacation with plenty of fun activities.

Our days here were great! Barka not far from the apartment is worth visiting.

In the activity center, the entertainers were very friendly. The location is near the center of Umag. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful green pine forest. The hotel provides breakfast and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Excelent location close to the beach and a lot of pine trees. Apartments are nothing fancy, but fair enough for a family to stay there for a couple of days or weeks.

Equipment in the kitchen could be better, but maybe this is too picky.

The location of the apartments is absolutely stunning, right on the beach with beautiful views of the sea. There are also some new build hotels going up in the area, which shows that it is a popular and up-and-coming destination. The beauty of the surroundings is truly breathtaking.

The size of the apartments was a major disappointment. They were too small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

The 3-4 person room was way to small and not really suitable for 3-4 people. We upgraded to a 4-5 person room, which not only changed the room size but also the quality. Overall the resort has a slight run-down feeling, nothing obvious, but its the little things that add up.

I decided to visit this resort based on a friend's recommendation, and I must say, it was the best decision. The location is perfect, with beautiful beaches and swimming pools just a few minutes away. I didn't even need to use my car, as everything I needed was within walking distance. The resort is a big complex with playgrounds for kids, restaurants, and even a yacht harbor. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with a separate bedroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The price was also very reasonable compared to other destinations like Spain or Greece. I can't wait to come back and rent one of the houses next time!

The only downside was the cleaning regime, which was not up to par. The apartment was only cleaned once during our week-long stay, and even then, it was not thorough.

You are right on the sea with your own private cove. There were a lot of fun activities for both kids and adults.

These are apartments, not a hotel, so you need to pack accordingly. The apartments were fairly clean, but really old and in major need of an upgrade.

we stayed at fully furnished apartments by Sol Stella Maris. That includes the kitchen with all utensils (no microwave though). The sea is really close and all kind of beaches are available. There are really bunch of activities for the kids and even older people. It's a huge complex with an open pool 10m from the sea, you can rent a bike, motorbike, play ping-pong, billiard... and even climb on the floating 'mountain' on the sea. The grocery supermarket is open daily and within the complex (small and expensive, but at least is close).

Cost of the room is OK (we stayed in the first week of September), but everything else is a bit expensive (food, chair on the beach...a $1US for a half a litter bottle of watter in the supermarket???). The main negative point for me was no elevator and some of the rooms are on the third floor (if you are from US, then fourth floor).
